Larry graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. After starting his career in the retail banking industry, he witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by family and friends who had not adequately prepared for their retirement years. This inspired Larry to dedicate his career to helping others secure their financial future.

Larry holds the Certified Financial Planner^® (CFP^®) designation, having earned it through The American College of Financial Services. In addition, he has passed the Series 66 exam and holds North Carolina Life and Health Insurance and North Carolina Medicare Supplement/Long-Term Care Licenses. With over 35 years of client service experience, Larry is committed to guiding individuals and families toward achieving their financial goals.

In his personal life, Larry enjoys traveling—particularly to beach destinations—with his wife, Laureen, of more than 20 years. They cherish spending time with their four children, their growing family of seven grandchildren, and their beloved rescue dog, Kalie. Larry and Laureen are active in their church community, and he enjoys hobbies like golf and reading.
