EVELYN HAROLD

Evelyn Harold believes that making people feel genuinely welcomed and seen is one of the most important things you can do. As a Client Care Specialist, she is a warm, attentive presence throughout every client interaction, the kind of person who brightens a room simply by being in it, and who keeps things running smoothly with a smile.

Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from UNC Charlotte, and brings diverse experience from management and retail that has shaped her people-first approach. Outside of work, she loves traveling, being outdoors, and gathering with family and friends. She is also, by her own admission, the person who will immediately seek out any animal in the room.

A bold spirit at heart, Evelyn's first-ever time on a plane ended with her jumping out of it. She approaches both adventure and client care with the same guiding belief: "Do small things with great care — those are what make the biggest difference."
