As a Client Care Specialist at Semmax, Evelyn Harold brings a warm, attentive presence to every client interaction. She joined the team in 2025, drawn by the opportunity to work alongside financial professionals who are as passionate about serving others as she is.

Before joining Semmax, Evelyn held roles in both management and retail, where her people-first approach stood out. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.

Originally from Mount Airy, Evelyn now lives in Winston-Salem, a welcome change of pace after 10 years in Charlotte and a move that brings her closer to home. When she's not in the office, you'll likely find her on a hiking trail, in a reformer pilates class, or doting on animals wherever she goes.

Her advice to clients nearing retirement? "Find a hobby that brings you joy and keeps you busy." It's a philosophy she lives out every day, bringing energy, empathy, and a personal touch to the work she loves.
