Jody brings precision, reliability, and a calm sense of purpose to her role as Client Service & Transfer Specialist. She thrives in the detail-oriented side of her work, understanding that the behind-the-scenes support she provides is essential to delivering a smooth and seamless experience for both the team and the clients they serve.

Jody earned her associate's degree in business and is proud of the focused, steady growth she has built throughout her career. Her life is rich with personal joys, including her grandson Strider (who turned two in March) and her 91-pound German Shepherd mix, Roscoe, who has not received the memo that he is no longer a puppy. She belongs to two book clubs at her church, tackles 2,000-piece puzzles for fun, and looks forward every year to a beach vacation with family. The beach, she'll tell you, is her happy place.

Jody also brings a unique cultural lens to her perspective: she spent five years living in Germany, where she graduated high school, celebrated her 16th birthday in Paris, and discovered a love for authentic German culture and food. Her personal motto says it best: "Stay flexible and keep moving forward."
