Larry VanLandingham may describe himself as an introvert, but the energy and confidence he brings to every client meeting tell a different story. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Liberty University finance graduate, Larry is committed to ensuring that every person he meets, whether a longtime client or a first-time prospect, walks away with something of real value from their time together.

Larry is especially passionate about prospect events, where he gets the opportunity to introduce people to the Semmax difference. After four years, that sense of purpose hasn't dimmed.

Outside of work, Larry enjoys traveling, playing golf, and reading. He and his wife Laureen, his biggest cheerleader and constant travel companion, have four children, seven grandchildren, and a rescue dog named Kalie. Larry lives by two guiding beliefs: Churchill's reminder that "success is not final, failure is not fatal — it is the courage to continue that counts," and Twain's reflection on the two most important days in a person's life: the day you are born, and the day you find out why.
