Michael Sellers, CFP®, believes that understanding your plan is just as important as having one. With over four years at Semmax and receiving the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2017, Michael focuses on helping clients move beyond the numbers, building clarity and confidence in what their financial future looks like.

Michael recently celebrated a new personal milestone: becoming a grandfather. He and his wife Anna have three sons - one in high school, and two young men that have ‘left the nest’. They also share space with two big English Labradors named Moose and Fletcher, and enjoy cooking, investing in real estate, and spending time with family.

He was once known to ride a six-foot unicycle in the annual Christmas parade, dressed as a clown, which may be the most memorable fun fact on our team. Michael is guided by the principle that "your thoughts become things" — a belief in the power of intention that shapes how he shows up for his clients every day.
